Growth and demand have thrived in South Surrey for the past 20 years, and this appears never ending as new construction pushes east towards Hazelmere. This housing market just keeps reinventing itself.
The new and trendy Morgan Heights home developments, located just east of Hwy 99, includes unique shopping malls, housing big box stores, high end boutiques, sports supply stores and all of our favorite retail chains and outlets. This mall is set up in a most convenient drive around fashion and makes this new area complete. Condos that feel like resorts, beautiful executive townhomes and single family homes in Morgan Creek create its own kind of living. Homebuyers are eager to buy property in this area of South Surrey.
Established areas such as Chantrell, Sunnyside, Grandview Corners, King George Corridor and Elgin offer everything form grand new homes, in classic or contemporary fashions, to beautifully kept and update ranchers. These are, most commonly, two or three level homes on 1 acre parcels. These homes have great proximity to White Rock, the USA border, and access to the Highway.
